CENTS INNOVO Disclosure Form:
Thank you for your interest in Innovo, Reconstructing and Re-thinking Money Management After Bankruptcy, provided by Consumer Education and Training Services (“CENTS”). Your course will be taught by a qualified instructor. The Innovo curriculum was designed by Karl Frunz and Anthony Leahy, and one of them will teach your course. Karl Frunz, a corporate trainer and facilitator by profession, has ten years of classroom experience, including six years teaching personal financial management and consumer credit education. Anthony Leahy, a lawyer and Executive Director of CENTS, has six years of classroom experience, including five years teaching personal financial management and consumer credit education. Innovo is the third financial education curriculum they have designed for adults.

Upon completion of this course, CENTS will provide you with a certificate of course completion. To complete this course and receive your certificate, you must be present for the two hour class. After you have completed the two hour course, you will receive a certificate of course completion, showing you have met the requirement of completing a personal financial management course, as required under the Bankruptcy law. CENTS is committed to providing quality money management education at an affordable price. The fee for this class is $30. INNOVO student tuition may be waived by a debtor upon demonstration to CENTS of inability to pay. To waive the fee, a debtor must provide documentation that you had your bankruptcy filing fee waived by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. CENTS does not pay or receive fees or other consideration for the referral of debtors to the Provider.
